Реферат: The invention relates to an arrangement for placing a large advertisement banner or the like (1) of a pliable material to its place of use. The arrangement comprises hoisting means (2, 4) for lifting the banner to a desired location and fastening means (5, 5a...9b) for securing the banner in place. The hoisting means include an elongated pulling element (2), which is adapted to circle around deflecting members (3a...3d) mounted on support structures substantially at the banner's (1) corners. The drawing element establishes, in its tightened condition, a banner-encircling attachment frame. The hoisting means further include an actuator (4) for the pulling element (2) for tightening and loosening the pulling element. The fastening means include attachment points (5, 5a) formed in the banner in the vicinity of its edges, and brackets (6) enabling the banner's attachment points to be coupled with the pulling element.
