Vincamine dioctyl sulphosuccinate for medical use - for humans and animals as a cerebral and coronary vasodilator, with no bitter taste

Реферат: Vincamine dioctyl sulphosuccinate is suitable for formation in drops or potable solns., for dosage 10 - 200 mg/day depending on the age and conditions of the patient. The LD50 in mice is 160 mg/Kg i.v. and 3 g/Kg. SiC. It is prepd. by reaction of vincamine base with an alkali metal dioctyl sulphosieccinate.
