SOUND PROOFING PANEL AND PROCEDURE FOR YOUR PRODUCTION
The invention concerns sound proofing panels, which consist of an india rubber basic matrix and soft rubber flour. Spec. Weight is stopped during this rubber mixture with a propellant to for instance l g/cm3.
Sound-absorbing plates with high spec. Weight, so-called Sehwermatten with imbedding material coated, are well-known.
The imbedding material is soft reading tables, porous layer with spec. Weight from 0,02 to 0.6 g/cm3. As imbedding material PU-foam or PU-flakes is used.
This imbedding material has small strengtheningnesses, particularly under load deforms it strongly and one can it not, e.g. as Scha! ldämmplatte, with high loads use.
Sehaildämmplatte, which are as described made of the heavy mats and imbedding material, have e.g. as Unterschottermatten also only a limited range of application.
The invention sat down to the goal of creating a rubber mixture the high mechanical properties, good flexible characteristics and at the same time a high sound absorption exhibits, which can be used as Sehalldämmplatte.
This is reached according to invention by that the sound proofing panel from an india rubber - basic matrix and from soft rubber flour, those with a propellant on spec. Weight from 0,8 to 1.1 is adjusted, exists. The mixture consists of I00 Cew. - Parts of india rubber basic matrix and 150 to 400 Gew. - Parts soft rubber flour.
As india rubber basic matrix Chloroprenmischung, with lead oxide interlaced, which is intended against hydrolysis for high z0 stability, can be used.
Further the india rubber basic matrix, with which no high requirements are set to resistance to aging, can consist made of Indian rubber, isoprene rubber, Butadienkautsehuk, styrene butadiene india rubber or of a mixture of these kinds of india rubber.
The basic matrix can consist also of a mixture of tire rain advice and isoprene rubber, z5 Indian rubber, butadiene india rubber or styrene butadiene india rubber.
Eiehgummimehl, e.g. made of scrap tires, has a grain size from 0,1 to 1.0 mm.
The sound proofing panels can be provided for special employment with spraying, or casting PU, PVC, polyvinylidene fluoride and similar surface layers.
The sound proofing panels after this invention can be used as oscillation damping plates, as Unterschottermatten of railway tracks, roads etc. The Sehalldämmplatten can be used also as imbedding material for Sehwermatten. Further one can use the sound proofing panels as rail documents between rails and thresholds.
This invention is also a contribution for environmental protection. Waste products become, as uses old motor-car tires, in large quantities with the production of these sound proofing panels.
