HINGED BANDS WITH REST POINT ADJUSTMENT
The invention concerns a hinged band with a click-stop device for doors or windows. That erfindungsgemäß e hinged band is in particular intended for Glasoder acrylic glass doors without frameworks, with which the fitting is fastened directly to the Glasoder acrylic glass disk. It is for a long time well-known, hinged bands provided with a click-stop device too, which the hinged bands in a certain Öffnungsoder Schließ position keeps so daß they only with increased energy expenditure from this position to be swivelled can. For example the French patent application reveals 2,408,711 a such hinged band, with which toward the Gelenkachse of adjustable rest bodies a guidance body with control surface arranged upward works. The guidance body is stationarily at the wind-lateral volume part arranged, so daß the rest positions of the hinged band to vary do not leave themselves. Hinged bands of the initially described kind, with which the guidance body can be recognized in relation to the second volume part mentioned around the Gelenkachse swivelling stored and over a clamping device, are in the Swiss patent 535,887, that US patent 5.079.798 and the European patent application 0,599,255 revealed. With all three hinged bands a clamping screw is for the manipulation of the clamping device and accessible to the king pins of the joint for the determination of the guidance body essentially in radial direction concerning. In the Swiss patent mentioned the guidance body is provided with a gap and by means of a clamping screw, which runs in one right-angled to the Gelenkachse lying level, at the king pin clampable. In the US patent wedging becomes by one against the Auß enumfang the guidance body working clamping screw obtains, which runs parallel to the guidance of the rest body. With both hinged bands the clamping screw is heavy or not at all accessible with at the door or the window installed hinged band. With the EP 0,599,255 A1 the clamping screw is operated by the side of the hinged band out and affects a Druckkörper, which is pressed against the guidance body. This construction permits the entrance to the clamping screw with completely installed hinged band. However this construction is quite complex and cost-intensive. From the block letters CH577 100 is a Türschließ it admits, with which an end of a linkage arm is connected with a door frame by a hinge pin and a base plate. The hinge pin possesses an upper camp federation and a lower bearing journal set off in the diameter, which exhibit outstanding free end a Schraubgewinde for a mother at one from the base plate. By the camp federation becomes gepreß as rest disk of trained rest bodies against the base plate; t, if the mother is tightened firmly. A such blocking of a Rastoder guidance body is unsuitable for the hinged bands mentioned, since their king pin does not exhibit free final sections for the admission of a thread and a mother. Task of the invention is it to create a simple and economically producible as well as easily accessible clamping device for the guidance body of the hinged bands mentioned. This task becomes erfindungsgemäß by the characteristics of the requirement 1 solved. By the division of the king pin for the creation of a clamping screw connection a simple becomes äuß and without the necessity for additional elements; only effective clamping device for the determination of the guidance body production. In particular if the king pin auß erhalb, is he is appropriate for the level of the Türoder of window wing also freely accessible from above or down. The pin parts can be apart-screwed thus with finished inserted hinged band easily more zusammenoder, in order to clamp the guidance body or loosen the compression joint. With a particularly simple and economical execution form of the invention the first pin part points a final section with vergröß ertem diameter up. This final section is stored in a pin admission of the first volume part swivelling and its shoulder surface fits against the first front surface of a pin admission of the second volume part. The clamping device exhibits the first pin part a comprehensive case, which presses the guidance body with bolting the second pin part with the first pin part against the second front surface of the pin admission of the second volume part. The guidance body is connected by the friction between this second front surface and the surface of the guidance body pressed against it drehfest with the second volume part. The second pin part can be trained as simple screw, which is threaded into a tapped hole of the first pin. The screwing head affects then a separate cylindric case, which presses on the opposite side against the guidance body. Alternatively the second pin part can be trained as threaded sleeve, which is screw onable onto a spigot of the first pin part. To screwing on muß the threaded sleeve at its free face a device for the interference of a tool, for example a slot for a screwdriver or a female hexagon hole for the admission of a hexagonal wrench, exhibit. When screwing this second pin part designed as threaded sleeve onto the spigots of the first pin part the coat of the threaded sleeve presses the guidance body against the second front surface of the pin admission of the second volume part. For the increase of the friction between the guidance body and the second front surface mentioned a springy toothed washer is arranged between these two surfaces, by which the king pin through-rises up. When screwing the pin parts together and pressing the guidance body in slightly against the second front surface of the pin admission the teeth of the springy toothed washer penetrate slightly into the material of each other facing surfaces and cause a turningfirm connection. With an alternative execution form of the invention the first pin part is drehfest, preferably positively, in the pin admission of the second volume part held. The determination of the guidance body in relation to the second volume part takes place via radial clamping of the guidance body on the king pin. For this the first pin part a conical section exhibits itself, to a spigot anschließ t. The second pin part is designed as threaded sleeve screw onable onto the spigots. The front range of this threaded sleeve exhibits at least one, preferably two to four lengthwise slots, so daß a diameter expansion of this front range against the self-elasticity of the case is possible. With bolting the pin parts the front range is pushed onto the conical section of the first pin part and expand themselves around some micrometers. The capsule-shaped second pin part is pushed in with small play into the guidance body. By expanding the front range of the capsule-shaped second pin part this practices radially after auß EN a Klemmkraft on the drilling in the guidance body out. Preferably the inner surface of the front range of the threaded sleeve is likewise conical trained, so daß a laminar plant against the conical section of the first pin part is obtained. In well-known way should between the pin photographs first and the second volume part bull's eyes/targets from plastic be arranged, which reduce the friction of the pin admission one on the other and provide for a low-friction turning of the Türoder of window wing. In particular with auß erhalb the Türoder window level of lying pin axle of the hinged band is problem-free possible it to arrange at the edge of the frameless Türoder of window wing provided with the hinged bands a passing poetry which prevents a withdrawing of water within the range of the wing edge for example on use of the hinged bands for linking a showering door. Further advantages of the invention result from the following description of design. The designs show in Into the Fig. 1 to 6 represented hinged band consists of a first volume part 1, which are fastened to a firm windowpane 8, and a second volume part 2, which are fastened to a tiltable windowpane 9. The volume parts of 1.2 are up-wedged over clamping plates 10 on the windowpanes 8.9. Wedging takes place by means of clamping screws 11, which drillings penetrate 8.9 in the windowpanes. In order to avoid a damage of the windowpanes 8.9, (not represented) thin flexible spans from rubber or flexible plastic can be added between the windowpanes 8.9 and the volume parts of 1.2 on the one hand and/or the clamping plates 10 on the other hand. The volume part of 1 points two äuß ere pin photographs 12.13 up. The volume part of 2 is provided with two internal pin photographs 14.15. In these pin photographs 12 - the king pin 3 with small play is held 15, which interconnects the volume parts of 1.2 articulated. In the center a guidance body 7 is attached to the king pin 3, which is provided with a rest recess 6. Into the rest recess 6 reaches in detent of the hinged band (see Fig. 4 and 5) a rollenförmiger rest body 5, which is adjustably held at a slidegate valve 16 against Kraft of a feather/spring 4. The slidegate valve 16 is led in a recess 17 in the first volume part 1. In Fig. 2 a plastic sealing in form of a “h” is to be recognized, which extended over the edges of both windowpanes 8.9 and with closed door prevents itself the withdrawal of water. The details of the divided king pin 3 of this door volume are in particular in Fig. to recognize 3. A first, lower pin part of 19, which extends over the substantial section of the overall length of the king pin 3, is provided at its upper end with an internal thread 20. Into this internal thread 20 a screw 21 with a female hexagon for the interference of a hexagonal wrench is threaded as the second pin part. The head of the screw 21 presses against a zylindermantelförmige case 22 pushed onto the first pin part 19. At the lower end the first pin part 19 is a final section 23 with vergröß ertem diameter intended, which is swivelling stored in the lower pin admission 13 of the first volume part of 1 and whose shoulder surface 24 presses against the lower front surface of the pin admission 15 of the second volume part 2. The lower front surface of the case 22 presses against the upper front surface of the guidance body 7. When screwing the screw in the case 22 the guidance part of 7 presses 21 into the first pin part 19 downward, against what the final section 23 draws the pin admission 15 of the second volume part of 2 upward. In this way guidance body 7 and pin admission 15 of the second volume part 2 are against each other-pressed, so daß the friction between these elements rotating the guidance body 7 in relation to the second volume part 2 prevents. For the increase a springy toothed washer 25 is appropriate for the friction between the guidance body 7 and the second volume part of 2 between each other facing surfaces of the guidance body 7 and the pin admission 15. By release the second pin part of forming screw 21 reduces the pressure to the against each other-lying surfaces of the guidance body 7 and the pin admission 15. With solved screw 21 the retaining strength of the rest body 5 intervening in the rest recess 6 of the guidance body 7 is größ it as the friction force between the guidance body 7 and the pin admission 15. During a swivelling of the two windowpanes 8.9 the guidance body 7 by the rest body 5 is held to each other drehfest in relation to the first volume part of 1, whereby it rotates inversely to the second volume part 2. In Fig. 5 is for example one opposite the Fig. position of the volume parts of 1.2 swivelled 4 around 30° to each other represented. In this position if the screw 21 into the first volume part 19 is screwed in again firmly, then in the way of the guidance bodies 7 in relation to the tape recording 15 of the second volume part described above one clamps and the rest recess 6 in its position to the second volume part 2 fixes. During a swivelling of the windowpane 9 opposite the windowpane 8 (see Fig. 6) the rest body 5 of the rest recess 6 one squeezes out. The hinged band keeps when bolting on the selected and in Fig. 5 represented rest point. By this rest point adjustment small angle deviations of the levels can with one another become balanced that connecting windowpanes 8.9. It is likewise possible to flange the first hinged band on 1 at a wall to which the tiltable windowpane 9 stands in its detent essentially right-angled. In this case the mounting level of the first volume part of 1 lies around 90° swivelled to in the Fig. 2 and 4 to 6 represented mounting level. Angle deviations of the wall leave themselves erfindungsgemäß on use; EN of hinged band by adjustment of the rest point of the guidance body problem-free adjust. Schließ lich by the rest point adjustment is made possible to use the same hinged band for different hitting a corner constructions. With in Fig. 4 drawn in detent swore the windowpanes 8.9, so daß with one another; the door in closed condition in extension of the firm windowpane 8, formed by the tiltable windowpane 9, lies. With the use erfindungsgemäß EN of hinged band at a shower cubicle lies the axle pivot auß erhalb the cab, so daß the tiltable windowpane after 9 auß EN opens. If it is desired to link the tiltable windowpane 9 at a right-angled corner then the rest body is 7 in relation to the position in Fig. to swivel 4 with solved screw 21 around 90°. With anschließ endem tightening of the screw 21 the tiltable windowpane can do 9 from its rest position right-angled to the windowpane 8 into with the windowpane the 8 out escape-ends position to be swivelled. Since during the selected construction of the king pins 3 in the detent within the enclosed right angle lies (see Fig. 5) and the edges of the windowpanes 8.9 are quite far from each other away-swivelled, are not suitable this hinged band not for the application in a shower cubicle, with which the together-bordering edges of the windowpanes 8.9 should be sealed to each other. In this case the construction is to be amended, in such a manner daß the king pin in detent auß erhalb the enclosed right angle lies. The hinged band can be selected by the arbitrary choice of the detents for linking the doors of arbitrary cab forms. For example Glaswände of equal length in five-angular, hexagonal or octagonal form can be interconnected, whereby at least one of the Glaswände by means of that erfindungsgemäß EN of hinged bands as tiltable door is linked. The selected detent of the hinged band parts of 1.2 specifies the necessary angle to the neighbouring windowpane. The Fig. an alternative execution form shows 7 erfindungsgemäß EN of hinged band. Here the second tap part of 19 points ' at an end the final section 23 with vergröß ertem diameter and at the opposite end a spigot 26 up. The second pin part of 27 is trained and on the spigot 26 screwed on as threaded sleeve. The closed free end of the threaded sleeve 27 exhibits a female hexagon recess 28 for the interference of a hexagon key. In the way described before the second pin part designed as threaded sleeve 27 presses the guidance body 7 with bolting in relation to the first pin part of 19 ' against the tap admission 15 of the second volume part of 2, so daß the guidance body 7 in relation to this second volume part 2 is drehfest held. Otherwise the design features correspond to the execution form from Fig. 7 in Fig. 3 represented elements, whereby same parts are provided with same reference symbols. Between the pin photographs 12.13 and 14.15 of the two volume parts of 1 and 2 is inserted bull's eyes/targets 29 from plastic, which reduce the friction to each other when swivelling the hinged band parts of 1.2. The Fig. 8 and 9 shows a third execution form erfindungsgemäß EN of hinged band. Again same construction units are provided with the same reference symbols as in the preceding figures. With this execution form the adjustment of the guidance part of 7 takes place via radial wedging. Schließ for this; t itself with the first pin part of 19 " to the lower final section 23 with vergröß ertem diameter a vierkantförmiger pin section 30 on, which intervenes in a square recess of the pin admission 15 of the second volume part of 2. To the vierkantförmigen pin section 30 schließ EN itself a conical pin section 31 and a spigot 32 on. On this spigot 32 a threaded sleeve 27 is screwed on ' as the second pin part, whose wall is divided by four each other diametrically facing lengthwise slots in the lower range - outgoing from the open threaded part -. The front range of the wall of the threaded sleeve 27 ' is divided thereby into four flexibly spreadable segments 33. As in Fig. 9 recognizably, is pressed the segments 33 in axial direction toward the conical pin section 31 of the first pin part of 19 ", if the capsule-shaped second pin part of 27 is screwed ' onto the spigot 32 of the first pin part of 19 ". By the conical Auß enfläche of the conical pin section 31 are expanded the segments 33 and are pressed against the wall of the drilling in the guidance part 7. in this way the guidance part 7 opposite the king pin 3 " are drehfest blocked. The king pin 3 " is drehfest in relation to the second volume part 2 held, so daß by the positive connection by means of the vierkantförmigen pin section 30 and the appropriate square opening in the pin admission 15; the guidance body 7 by the king pin 3 " in relation to this second volume part 2 is fixed. Around one as groß as possible; e contact area between the inner surface 34 of the threaded sleeve 27 ' and the conical pin section 31 to obtain, is likewise conical trained the inner surface 34 in the range of the open end of the threaded sleeve 27 '. In the represented execution forms the hinged band serves after the invention for the Anschluß a glass door to a Glaswand. In addition, the hinged band after the invention can be in such a manner trained, daß a glass door tiltable to a wall or a concrete wall to be attached can. Also the hinged band can to the Anschluß a pendulum door trained its. The hinge strip, for doors and windows, has two strip sections (1,2) linked together by a hinge bolt (3).
