Invention refers see on procedures for pouring and Ausschalen stand from concrete for column, which a base plate, one on these central arranged, upward arranged, tubular part with recesses for forming thin-walled parts, and a majority of projections/leads, with whose assistance the tubular part with the base plate exhibits is connectable, whereby the stand is poured by means of a form, the outside, removable shaped part, that the exterior of the base plate, which and the not left blank parts of the tubular part defines projections/leads, an internal removable Formkern, which defines the inside of the rehrförmigen part, as well as separate shaped parts for forming the recesses of the tubular part exhibits, whereby the procedure the following stages covers; I0 I. the shaped parts are built up and the armouring is filled inserted into the form, which is placed thereafter standing on the head on a vibrating table, 2. the form with Frisehbeton and raised, turned by means of the Bütteltisehes shifted in oscillation, so that the concrete fills out the whole form, 3. a mainly even cover over the form put, whereby the cover defines the lower surface of the base plate, 4. the form with the stand and placed on a suitable document, and the Ausschalen is accomplished on the cover immediately after pouring. For manufacturing - however simply - formed parts as bore, blocks or plates from concrete, already different procedures were suggested. Thus a procedure for the Ausschalen became from re-usable forms of poured smooth concrete pipes admits by the FR-PS Nr.1.446.993, after which first the outside form is taken off from cast piece and afterwards only the core is removed. This procedures exhibits however disadvantage that taking off core, if the Ausschalen is to take place shortly after filling, thus before the concrete is hardened at least in its oberfläehennahen Bereiehen, take place very precisely in axial Bichtung must, in order to avoid damages. Further by the DE-OS 2334046 was suggested, with the production of plates, dielt to t-shaped slots provided is, the individual parts of the form only after the solidification of the concrete to be removed, whereby due to the cast piece already solidified alternatively first the external form and afterwards the Hauptkern, which leave the middle range blank of the groove, are turned around or, removed from the Gußstüek, according to which the Nebenkerne are laterally shifted and removed by the opening of the groove of the Gußstüekes resulted from removing the Hauptkerns. The disadvantage of this procedure is in that the entire form up to the solidification of the Gußstüekes is bound. Furthermore for removing a smooth cast iron pipe from concrete by the DE-AS 1091024 was already suggested beginning first with] taking the core off and taking off briefly thereafter the Aul3enform together with the core in same Biehtung from the Gußstüek. For the production of concrete plates is further by the GB-PS Nr.10, 349 A.D. already 1911 to be suggested inserting into the form a Bahmen and filling the area remaining within this framework, the form on a plate to fall and the form off take, how the framework at the Gußstüek up to its vo! remains to lständiger confirmation at this. The form can be used shortly after filling the framework again, but remains the framework, which determines the shape of the cast piece and represents practically a form without ground, while bind for the entire setting time of praying, so that practically no reduction of the tool expenditure results. This disadvantage is also both by the GB-PS No. 424.267 admits to nascent procedures given, after which for the production of a Betonbloekes a detachable framework is inserted into a form and after filling the area the cast piece remaining within the framework including the framework from the form removed. The framework is likewise only removed after confirming praying from the cast piece. All these descriptive procedures, with which it comes to removing the form from the cast piece before its hardening by precipitation, refer to simply formed articles as bore, plates or blocks with a to a large extent continuous wall thickness. During the production of formed articles with partly very small wall thicknesses like stands for columns was so far necessary e.g. it complicates to leave the poured stand up to its complete confirmation in the Gußfcrm. A goal of the invention is it to indicate a procedure which complicates a rapid re-use of the form with the production of formed stands for columns, with which thin-walled parts are intended, made possible. According to invention this is reached by the fact that with the Aussehalen the internal Formkern is taken off first a small distance that the Formkern and the outside shaped part thereafter is taken off at the same time and used for a further casting procedure, while the separate shaped parts for the recesses at the trailer remain, until the concrete of the stand is confirmed in necessary measure. Thus it is possible, the form shortly after filling already again uses to k nnen, whereby the shaped parts intended for the recesses for the education of the thin-walled parts of the stand must be only replaced. At the same time the shaped parts v.erbleibenden at the poured stand to its confirmation provide for a perfect formation of the stand. Further a good guidance of the same becomes by for the time being exclusive filling of the Formkernes, under which relatively large road-contact area of the outside form reaches. Thus damage, in particular also in enriches the recesses avoided, even if taking off takes place somewhat diagonally to the longitudinal axis of the cast piece.

zo procedure for pouring and Ausschalen stand from concrete for column, which a base plate, one on these central arranged, upward arranged, tubular part with recesses for forming thin-walled parts, and a majority exhibits of projections/leads, with whose assistance the tubular Tell with the base plate it is connectable, whereby the stand is poured by means of a form, the outside, removable shaped part, that the exterior of the base plate, which and the not left blank parts of the tubular part defines projections/leads, an internal removable Formkern, which defines the inside of the tubular part, as well as separate shaped parts for forming the recesses of the tubular part exhibits, whereby the procedure the following Stages covers:

1. The shaped parts are built up and the armouring is inserted into the form, which is placed thereafter standing on the head on a Bütteltisch,

2. the form is filled with Frisohbeton and shifted by means of the vibrating table in oscillation, so that the concrete fills out the whole form,

3. a mainly even cover is put over the form, whereby the cover defines the lower surface of the base plate,

4. the form with the stand is raised, turned and placed on a suitable document, and the Ausschalen is accomplished on the cover immediately after pouring, marked by that with the Ausschalen the internal Formkern is taken off first a small distance that the Formkern and the outside Formtei! afterwards to be taken off at the same time and for a further casting procedure be used, while the separate shaped parts for the recesses at the cast part remain, until the concrete of the stand is confirmed in necessary measure.
