[1]

“Element for an accessible and/or passable range” j the available invention concerns an element for an accessible and/or passable range inrrerhaib desert äusserhatb a building comprehensively at least an essentially translucent plattenförmiges element and a lighting mechanism with at least one shining means, which light delivers over the plattenförmige element upward.

[2]

Among the elements in the sense of the definition specified above for example ground lights are to be ranked. Into the ground let in lights, which usually lock this surrounding ground level with about concisely, are well-known. Ground lights of this kind can be for example garden or terrace lights or in addition, lights in ranges, in which vehicles drive. Such passable lights must be accordingly stably trained because of the weight load in their upper ranges at least. They should manage not too far from the surrounding ground range.

[3]

The available invention does not however only concern ground lights of the kind mentioned, but also elements generally senses, the lighting mechanisms exhibit and. within or outside to be arranged by buildings can. This for example stairway steps can be or balcony elements. This just as well floor sections can be or into floor board areas let in elements for grounds of the most different kind, for example for timber floorings, Parkettböden, tile grounds, stone grounds or carpets or also plastic grounds or such a thing. Among the elements in the sense of the invention also so-called Giasbausteine or light components with lighting mechanisms ranks.

[4]

. -/ The conventional elements of the kind mentioned, in particular conventional ground-shine. EN have usually as shining means fluorescent lamps, lamps or halogen bulbs, the light more or less punctually to deliver and have beyond that appropriate light-steering mechanisms such as reflectors and such a thing. From the state of the art also plastic plates are well-known, in particular acrylic plates, into which one can introduce the light at the front side and which then accordingly light-faithful-end are trained, so that the light is turned back and delivered over the surface of the plate. With the well-known lighting devices the light is however always irradiated into the plattenförmige element, e.g. into an acrylic plate, by the shining means.

[5]

The task of the available invention consists of making an element available for an accessible and/or passable range of the kind initially specified with which the light is upward delivered over a surface, so that the element lights up as appears and the viewer does not notice a punctiform source of light.

[6]

The solution of this task supplies an element according to invention of the kind initially specified with the characteristic characteristics of the principal claim. It is according to invention intended that the element covers at least a plattenförmiges element. The shining means irradiates now light at the front side into the plattenförmige element, whereby the light is then diverted at least partly about perpendicularly to this irradiating direction, so that it is upward delivered over the plattenförmige element.

[7]

For this diverson or detour is at least a plattenförmiges element light-faithful-end trained and as it either at least on one side at the surface printed on, gesandstrahlt, corroded, coated, engraved or pasted or at least a plattenförmiges element exhibits inside a Fehistruktur , by which light-faithful-end effect and light detour one obtains. One can obtain such Fehistruktur for example by means of laser beams, which are focused on a certain range within the plattenförmigen element.

[8]

If at least at a side the surface one of the plattenförmigen elements light-faithful-end is trained, then one preferably for this uses a point grid, a bar pattern or such a thing, which are preferably imprinted. One can reach such a point grid or bar pattern however just as well by corroding, sandblast, coating, engraving or encouraging with particles.

[9]

The upper plattenförmige element in the sense of the invention is preferably a windowpane or a plastic windowpane. If it concerns an element, which is passable, naturally at least the upper plattenförmige element must be sufficiently stably trained, which is called that it an appropriate material thickness exhibits.

[10]

A preferential further training of the available invention plans the fact that shining means are used, which can on the one hand a relatively small energy consumption be exhibited and on the other hand in simple way by electronic or electrical measures versatile be steered. As such shining means in particular LED's or SMD's are particularly suitable. These shining means are arranged in the context of the available invention preferably on a strip or in a row and radiate so the light at the front side in that or the plattenförmigen elements.

[11]

Because at least one of the plattenförmigen elements preferably light-faithful-ends by a raster at its surface or by an appropriate Fehistruktur in its inside is turned back effect has, the light irradiated by the shining means into the plattenförmige element and delivered then upward. For the viewer this works, as if the element is bright in its upward visible laminar range, while the viewer does not notice the individual shining means usually at all. The shining means can preferably be taken off by the plattenförmigen elements setting in frame construction at least partly or completely upward, in order to achieve the effect mentioned.

[12]

An element in the sense of the available invention can be relatively wide trained, for example can it a complete terrace or a balcony ground or one or more stairway steps cover. The element according to invention differs also here from the state of the art, in which individual concrete ground lights built into the ground were usually used, since in accordance with the available invention a whole floor or a floor board area or a ground range within or outside of a building laminar bright can be trained.

[13]

By the preferential use of LED's or SMD's as shining means the further advantage exists that one can steer and thus also change the color of light of the shining means with relatively simple measures. One can out-arrange thus the element according to invention colored bright. Preferably appropriate control equipments are intended in the context of the available invention. Over these or further control equipments as well as sensors one knows beyond that a controlling of the shining means as a function of the incident daylight or dependent on in the proximity present a person or according to any preset programme (e.g. Day /Nachtschaltung) cause. As sensors for example photoelectric cells and/or movement alarm units can be used.

[14]

These tax proceeds offer various possibilities in the context of the available invention for the organization of lit ranges within and outside from buildings, for example also in gardens or parks, within the range of the road lighting, in multi-storey car parks, on airports, in commercially used passable external areas, within ranges of public or private buildings which can be emphasized architecturally, like e.g . in entrance halls, stairways and such a thing.

[15]

In the context of the available invention one can use a only one plattenförmiges element from glass or plastic glass, which possesses a sufficient material thickness, and into which the light is at the front side fed over the shining means mentioned.

[16]

One can use also a laminated glass, whereby several plattenförmige elements in the group are arranged and one introduces for example the light at the front side only into one of the plattenförmigen elements of this multilevel laminated glass arrangement. In order to arrive at one to still more energy-saving lighting mechanism, one can use solar cell elements, which one applies for example on one of the plattenförmigen elements.

[17]

Such solar cell elements can be arranged also during a laminated glass arrangement in the group, mean for example that a plate with solar cell elements is used, which a plattenförmige layer of such an laminated glass arrangement forms, whereby into a further plate of the laminated glass arrangement at the front side light is then irradiated. The use of such solar cell elements creates the advantage that one can catch solar power, which is stored for example in an accumulator during the day due to the sun exposure and one can then at night use this energy for the enterprise of the shining means, so that if necessary even a mains connection for such a lighting mechanism is unnecessary.

[18]

The characteristics specified in the Unteransprüchen concern preferential further educations of problem solving according to invention.

[19]

Further advantages of the invention result from the following detail description.

[20]

In the following the available invention is more near described on the basis of remark examples with reference to the enclosed designs. Fig show. 1 a schematically simplified sectional view by an element according to invention, which is designed as ground light; Fig. 2 a schematically simplified opinion of stairs on partial average with stairway steps, which are designed as elements in the sense of the available invention; Fig. 3 an increased schematically simplified cutaway view of individual stairway step in accordance with the remark example of figure 2.

[21]

First becomes on Fig. 1 purchase taken. The representation shows schematically simplified on average an element in accordance with the invention, which as ground installation light 10 is designed. As one sees, this ground installation light 10 into this surrounding ground 25 is so let in that the ground installation light locks 10 concisely in principle in one level upper-laterally with the surrounding ground 25. The ground installation light according to invention 10 consists of a housing 11, which outlined in principle in squarely or round pot can be. The housing 11 has a housing bottom of 13 and from there upward housing walls 12 extending from itself. A plattenförmiges element 14 is built into this housing, with which it can act for example around a glass plate out of thicker glass, a laminated glass plate or a plastic plate.

[22]

The plattenförmige element 14 is preferably somewhat thicker, so that it takes up with committing and/or driving on the ground installation light 10 arising forces.

[23]

This plattenförmige element 14 rests upon for example appropriate supports 15 in the housing 11. There is shining means 16 intended, which irradiates light from the face into the plattenförmige element 14. With these shining means 16 it can act for example around a number of LED's of any design or other light emitting diodes or such a thing in streifenförmiger arrangement. Shining means 16 of this kind can at both opposite sides, which are called at both walls 12 of the housing available its, whereby frame constructions 18, to which the shining means 16 are fastened, or which housings 11 can be trained in such a way that they cover the shining means 16 upward.

[24]

Thus the light cannot be radiated directly upward and the shining means 16 is not directly visible for the viewer above the ground installation light. The light irradiated into the plattenförmige element 14 is turned back now by suitable measures, so that it falls by the plate 14 and radiates upward. In addition for example the lower surface of the plattenförmigen element 14 in a suitable point grid 17 is printed on or accordingly corroded, engraved or the like. Thus the light is strewn and falls by the plate 14 upward and over the surface 14a to the top side of the upper plate 14 is upward transferred. In the plattenförmigen element 14 the light is led and arrived due to the total reflexion essentially not downward, so that in this connection no considerable light losses develop.

[25]

For the controlling of the shining means 16, which are preferably LED's of any design or such a thing, different control elements are intended, in particular control elements 19, which are connected by lines 22 with the shining means 16, for the coloured controlling of the shining means 16. Further control members can be present 20, which are connected by lines 23 with the shining means 16 and which cooperate for example with at or in the proximity of the ground installation light 10 intended movement alarm unit 27, so that the shining means 16 are switched on, if a person of the ground installation light 10 approaches.

[26]

Further control members 21 can be intended, by lines 24 with the shining means the 16 connected and by means of those for example a Heiligkeitssteuerung took place, so that the shining means are gradually switched on to be gedimmt to be able or with break-down of the darkness. These tax proceeds 21 can cooperate also in suitable place attached photoelectric cells (not represented).

[27]

In figure 2 a further remark example of the invention in schematically simplified form is represented. The design shows stairs 30 with several stairway steps 31.32, which are designed as laminar shining elements in the sense of the available invention on partial average. The structure of the stairway steps 31.32 is similar in principle as with before the remark example descriptive with reference to figure 1, whereby only the dimensions of the element different are, since it is elongated according to a stairway step. Also one can train in principle such stairway steps without an additional housing. Such a stairway step 31.32 covers in principle a plattenförmiges element 34, into which then shining means irradiate 36 from the face 35 ago light.

[28]

For example the plate 34 has a printing on in a point grid 17 again at its under-lateral surface, similarly as this with reference to figure 1 was before described, so that at the front side the light radiated into the plattenförmige element 34 is upward strewn and by out translucent material the existing plattenförmige element 34 is laminar delivered, so that the impression of a bright stairway step 31 is produced.

[29]

Figure 3 shows a schematically simplified cutaway view in principle of an illuminable stairway step according to invention 31 in accordance with the remark example of figure 2. one in the cross section in increased representation recognizes that the plattenförmige element 34, which consists of a suitable glass or plastic glass at the front side in u-shaped frame profiles 37 is held, which set the plattenförmige element in 34. These frame profiles 37 take up also in an area beside the front side surface 35 of the plattenförmigen element 34 the shining means 36, so that the shining means are taken off upward by the frame profiles 37 and their light not directly upward, but deliver 35 of the plattenförmigen element into the face inside. In the plattenförmigen element 34 the light is led and due to printing z on.

[30]

B. with a point grid 17 at the lower surface of the plattenförmigen element 34 one light-faithful-end effect produced, which leads upward to a laminar delivery of the light (see arrows). The material thickness of the plattenförmigen element 34 must be selected naturally in such a way that this is accessible as stairway step 31. It is for example also possible to insert a laminated glass from several interconnected plattenförmigen elements and to irradiate the light over the shining means 36 at the front side only into one or also into several of these plattenförmigen elements of such a laminated glass plate.
