It is well-known, rape seeds, to use by pressing for the Ölgewinnung. From the EP 1,074,605 B1 is further well-known to peel the rape grains before their pressing and Kernund of bowl portions separate. The invention solves this problem by a procedure, with the characteristics, the requirement 1 as well as by a new use according to requirement 12 and by a powder with the characteristics of the requirement 13. Regarding further arrangements and characteristics of the invention becomes on the dependent requirements 2 to 11. and 14 verwiesen.
According to invention not alone the pressed out oil can be used by the procedure as food, but also a Presskuchen so that the total utilisation rate of the rape seeds rises substantially, remaining thereby. Because the Presskuchen is submitted to a further meal procedure, results a fine powder, that as Grundoder filler for human food suitably ist.
In particular the further meal procedure covers a cryogenic grinding, so that also with a relatively high remainder oil rate in the supplied grinding stock grinding without sticking the tools together taken part in the meal procedure possible ist.
As grinding stock portions of the Presskuchens in frozen form are supplied particularly favorably, so that the oil portions not when liquid can withdraw. It continues to be favorable, if during this further meal procedure striking the supplied grinding stock in a pinned disc mill comparatively insensitive to sticking together stattfindet.
Alternatively or additionally knows the further meal procedure a de-oiling of the supplied grinding stock, in particular by extraction, cover, so that also by this measure remainder oil rate in the finished Presskuchen can sink and its processing facilitates ist.
If excluding nuclear portions of the rape grains without addition of bowl portions are supplied to the further meal procedure and used in the following than Lebensmittelgrundoder - filler, it is guaranteed that in such a way developing material keeps the bright color of the cores, without by bowl portions in its aesthetic effect to be impaired.
