NON-VASCULAR DRUG-ELUTING STENT MEMBRANE USING ELECTROSPINNING, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
The present invention relates to a non-vascular drug-eluting stent membrane using electrospinning, and to a method for manufacturing same. The non-vascular drug-eluting stent membrane according to the present invention is manufactured by covering a metal stent on a Teflon tube and then attaching and rotating same on a roller or by inserting the metal stent into the Teflon tube and covering a silicon tube or Teflon on top of same so as to form a primary coated layer on the metal stent and then attaching and rotating same on a roller, and electrospinning a drug coating solution including a polyurethane and an anti-cancer agent, in order to obtain the effects of a homogenous surface, uniform thickness, and continuous drug elution by means of a stable drug elution control compared to a stent membrane manufactured through a dipping technique, and in order to significantly restrict the growth of a tumor and significantly reduce the weight of the tumor. Accordingly, the non-vascular drug-eluting stent membrane according to the present invention can be valuably used in widening a lumen which has been stenosed by the growth of a cancerous or other tumor, or to prevent further stenosis of the lumen.
