The present invention relates to a composition for forming a conductive pattern enabling the formation of a fine conductive pattern on various polymer resin products or a resin layer using a very simplified process, a method for forming a conductive pattern using the composition, and a resin structure having a conductive pattern. The composition for forming the conductive pattern comprises: a polymer resin; and a specific non-conductive metal compound comprising a first metal and a second metal, wherein the non-conductive metal compound has a stereoscopic structure comprising a plurality of first layers (edge-shared octahedral layers) in which octahedrons comprising the first and/or the second metal and sharing edges are two-dimensionally connected, and second layers sandwiched between the first layer and an adjacent first layer comprising a different type of metal from the first layer. A metal nucleus comprising the first or second metal or ions thereof is formed from the non-conductive metal compound by means of electromagnetic wave irradiation.
