To solve the technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electrode for an enzyme fuel cell. The electrode for an enzyme fuel cell may comprise: a substrate; an electrode disposed on the substrate; and an enzyme pattern disposed on the electrode and comprising an enzyme in which a metal-immobilized peptide is expressed. The metal-immobilized peptide expressed in the enzyme is characterized by being immobilized onto the electrode. Therefore, the immobilization is made such that the distance between an active site of the enzyme and the electrode is close, and thus efficiency of the electrode can be improved.[1][2]
