The incoming, contaminated air enters under pressure into a wash vessel, where there is a mounting below the liquid surface for a filler unit, which is itself therefore partially immersed in the washing water. In operation, the wash liquid is bubbled up and blown by the air into the higher part of the filler unit. Preferably, the upper part of the filler unit acts as a droplet separator. The present invention provides a module type waste gas treating device, capable of largely reducing an installation space by accommodating multiple scrubber bodies in a single integrated treatment tank and minimizing hunting phenomenon in accordance with difference of an exhaust pressure. The module type waste gas treating device enables a powder ingredient in processing gas to equally flow inside the multiple scrubber bodies. The module type waste gas treating device is useful for facility extension by being installed in a module type in which a treatment tank and a water storage tank are separated. According to the present invention, the module type waste gas treating device for purifying waste gas using a cleaning solution includes: a scrubber body unit formed of an FRP material and having multiple outlets from which the waste gas is discharged and multiple inlets which the waste gas flows inside; a gas treatment filter unit installed in the scrubber body unit and treating the waste gas using the cleaning solution; the water storage tank formed of concrete in a rectangular shape with an open upper part to collect the cleaning solution, wherein the water storage tank is installed to accommodate the lower part of the scrubber body unit; a circulation pump unit installed on one side of the water storage tank and including a circulation pump for normal operation and a circulation pump for emergency operation; and a DIKE formed of the concrete and integrally formed with the water storage tank, wherein the DIKE is installed in the lower part of the water storage tank and has a center unit of a highland shape evenly uplifted and an edge unit of a valley shape.

The improvement comprises oxygenating said slurry and introducing it to the top of an enclosure containing packing and passing it downwardly over said packing under laminar flow conditions, said gas being passed transversely through the packing in contact with said slurry, whereby the carbon has a greater effective concen ?tion at the contacting surface than in the bulk of said slurry. The gas scrubbing is effected by means of a random packing disposed in the lower region of the scrubbing column and the gas scrubbing of the gas stream laden solely with absorbent residues but not with solid particles by means of a structured packing disposed in the upper region of the scrubbing column. Verfahren zur Herstellung und Reinigung eines Produktgases, welches durch thermochemische Konversion von Biomasse erzeugt wird und über einen für eine weitere Energieumwandlung in einem Verbraucher (V) ausreichenden Heizwert verfügt, mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten: - thermochemische Konversion von Biomasse in einem Reaktor (20); - Ableiten des erzeugten, mit 100% Schmutzfracht beladenen Produktgases aus dem Reaktor (20), wobei die Schmutzfracht Staubpartikel und Teeraerolose aufweist; - Zuführen des aus dem Reaktor (20) abgeleiteten Produktgases in eine nass arbeitende Gashauptreinigungsstufe (22), welche zum Abscheiden von mindestens 95 % der einen Durchmesser von etwa 1 µm aufweisenden Staubpartikel und Teeraerolose der Schmutzfracht wenigstens einen elektrostatischen Abscheider mit Vorquench oder wenigstens einen Hochleistungsgaswäscher aufweist, und in welcher das Produktgas mindestens bis zu seiner Kühlgrenztemperatur kleiner 90 °C abgekühlt wird um die bei der Herstellung des Produktgases anfallenden unerwünschten Teere als Aerosole auszukondensieren; - Zuleiten des dann auf eine Schmutzfracht von maximal 10% gereinigten Produktgases in eine Filtereinrichtung (24), welche als faseriges Tiefenfilter mit großer Tiefe, das heißt mindestens 1,5 kg Fasern pro Quadratmeter Anströmfläche als Tiefenfiltermaterial, ausgebildet ist und ebenfalls nass betrieben wird, wobei die Filtereinrichtung (24) wenigstens einen integrierten, der Feinreinigung durch das Tiefenfilter nachgeschalteten Benzolabscheider aufweist, wobei der Benzolabscheider wenigstens eine feste Kontaktfläche (26e) aufweist, an welcher das Produktgas mit wenigstens einem organischen Lösungsmittel, welches eine hohe Löslichkeit aufweist, in Kontakt tritt; und - Zurverfügungstellen des durch die Filtereinrichtung (24) gereinigten Produktgases für einen Verbraucher (V). The present invention relates to a waste gas purifying method and a waste gas purifying system which can remove all of dust, oil, foul odors, and white lead contained in waste gas. The method removes oil and foul odors by using a preinstalled purification facility including: a main treatment tank uprightly installed to treat waste gas supplied from below to discharge the waste gas upwards, and provided with a flue arranged on an upper portion thereof; a treatment water storage tank installed on a lower portion of the main treatment tank; spray devices which are installed on two or three places in the main treatment tank in a longitudinal direction thereof, and spray cleaning water downwards; a filter body of a packing form installed between the spray devices to adsorb dust contained in waste gas; and a cleaning water supply unit to supply cleaning water to the spray devices. The waste gas purifying method comprises: a step of cutting an upper end of the main treatment tank to open an upper portion; a step of connecting an additional treatment tank to the upper end of the main treatment tank; and a step of connecting a first flue to an upper end of the additional treatment tank. An additional filter body for removing oil and foul odors is installed in the additional treatment tank, and can remove oil and foul odors.
