A kit for erecting a platform. The kit comprises a plurality of quad-chord trusses. Each truss is attachable to others of the truss by eyelets on the ends of the chords. When the chords are spaced horizontally, the eyelet apertures are vertical for receiving pins, which allows a single pin to be inserted in eyelet apertures on one side of the truss so that one truss is swingable horizontally into position for rigid attachment end-to-end by inserting another pin in eyelet apertures on the other side of the truss. Each truss comprises a plurality of connector members for attachment to the trusses along their lengths. The kit further comprises a plurality of cross beams having connector members at their ends to mate with and attach to the truss connector members, and a plurality of tie-up mechanisms attachable to the trusses and to which a a supporting line from an overhead structure is attachable. The cross beams have overhangs at their ends for overhanging the upper ones of the chords to allow ease of movement along the chords and attachment. A track lies between the chords of each truss to allow movement of bolts along the track into position for insertion into decking apertures for attachment of the decking. The present invention relates to a bridge inspection work vehicle with a rocking prevention function. 교량을 일정한 주기를 갖고 점검하기 위하여 여러가지 방법이 있다. 그중에서 작업자가 교량의 하부로 진입하여 목적한 점검부위에 대한 점검을 진행하기 위한 수단으로 교량점검작업차라는 장치를 교량의 난간이나 캔틸레버부위등과 같이 외측으로 약간 돌출된 곳을 이용하여 주행레일과 같은 주행로를 설치후 이곳에 동력발생장치로 작동하는 구동부를 갖춘 작업차를 구동시켜 주고 있다. 이러한 점검작업차는 교량의 난간등에 레일등을 설치하여 전후진할 수밖에 없으며, 이때에 교량이 종단(縱斷)구배(기울기)가 일정하면 문제가 없으나 교량에 따라서 구배의 정도가 다양하며, 동시에 종단길이역시 다양하다. 따라서 점검작업차가 진행시작시 관성의 법칙에 의하여 작업차보디가 진동이 오고, 진행중에는 기울어진 정도만큼 작업차가 기울질수 밖에 없으며, 종단거리의 차이와 합쳐져서 심한 진동, 차체의 쏠림이 발생하여 작업자에게 극심한 공포감을 주고, 심한 경우 결합상태가 해체되면서 심각한 안전사고의 원인이 되고 있다. 이러한 단점을 극복한 것이 작업차의 4귀에 지지구조(4점지지)를 설치하여 주므로서 흔들림을 방지하고 있다. 그러나 4점지지의 경우 4개의 지지점에 구동부가 설치되어져야하므로 4개의 구동부가 동일한 속도를 갖고 전진,후진하므로 전진속도가 늦어질 수밖에 없다. 반대로 2개의 지지점에 의하여 전후진하는 방식(2점지지)도 있어 전,후진속도는 향상되었으나 지지점을 중심으로 심하게 요동하는 현상은 막을 수 없다.
