The invention concerns a hydraulic system (1) with a pressure source (2, 3) controllable via a load sensing signal, a pressure sink (4), at least two working sections (6, 7), each having a hydraulic consumer (8, 18) and a control valve (9, 9') with a load sensing signal connection (19, 20; 19', 20') and at least one back-pressure valve (17) arranged in a tank pipe between the control valve (9, 9'9 and the pressure sink (4). In such a system the pressure required from the pump in the neutral position must be as low as possible. On the other hand, however, oscillations should not occur, when an external force acts on another hydraulic consumer in the neutral position of a control valve. In the neutral position of the control valves (9, 9') the load sensing signal connection ( 19, 20; 19' 20') is therefore connected with the pressure sink (4) via an auxiliary tank pipe (23, 23', 23"; 29) by-passing the back-pressure valve (17).

FIELD: solenoid valves. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solenoid valves, and in particular to methods and devices for stabilizing the valve positioner during tests of the solenoid valve. A typical device comprises a solenoid valve (202) and a valve positioner (106), connected with the data transmission capability and in hydraulic communication with the solenoid valve. The valve positioner must be set to the pressure control state before testing the solenoid valve. The valve positioner must detect the pressure change at the opposite ends of the solenoid valve caused by the transition of the solenoid valve from the first state to the second state, and switch from the pressure control state to the saturated state after detecting the specified pressure change. Pump-controlled hydraulic circuits are more efficient than valve-controlled circuits, as they eliminate the energy losses due to flow throttling in valves and require less cooling effort. From the extrapolated stroke-pressure curve so the closing pressure reserve (320) can be determined. In this way, the functionality of the safety valve can be checked during operation.

The invention relates to a valve control device (28) for a hydraulic elevator. Said valve control device comprises two control valves (5, 15) which are used to control the flow of hydraulic oil from a lifting cylinder driving the elevator car or from the lifting cylinder to the tank. During the upward journey of the elevator car, hydraulic oil is fed from the tank to the lifting cylinder via the valve control unit (28) by means of a pump which is driven by an electric motor. During the downward journey of the elevator car, the hydraulic oil flows to the tank via the valve control unit (28) without the pump being in operation. According to the invention, a respectively individual control valve (5, 15) is provided in the valve control unit in order to control the upward and downward journeys of the elevator car, whereby each valve functions as a return valve and a proportional valve. Each control valve (5, 15) is provided with a throttle element (35; 55) which can move in relation to the seat (36; 56). A readjusting spring (37; 57) and a relay valve (5v; 15v) act upon the throttle element (35; 55) and can be actuated by an electrically controllable proportional magnet (5M; 15M). The valve control unit (28) is easily constructable and can therefore be produced at low cost. One particular advantage of the invention is that adjusting elements are not required.

The damping assembly maintaining a substantially constant fluid pressure withint the housing to dampen loads associated with the sliding movement of the piston when the landing gear is in the extended position.
