An electronic device includes a first and second body, a hinge unit configured to connect to the first and second body, and a flexible display disposed on the hinge unit, the first, and second body, wherein the hinge unit includes a bendable support member supported by the first and second body, and a plurality of slit members, wherein each slit member includes a fixed end that is supported by the support member and a free end that extends toward the flexible display, and wherein the plurality of slit members are arranged in a longitudinal direction relative to the flexible display and are spaced apart by an interval, wherein the free ends limit a curvature of the flexible display in a folded state by moving closer to each other and touching. 1. An electronic device comprising:a flexible display;a first body and a second body that supports the flexible display;a hinge unit for foldably connecting the first body and the second body, the hinge unit comprising:a flexible support member; anda plurality of slit members, each of the plurality of slit members comprising a fixed end fixedly connected to the flexible support member and a free end supporting a portion of the flexible display; anda plurality of gap-widening prevention members connecting free ends of adjacent slit members among the plurality of slit members, and preventing a distance between the free ends of the adjacent slit members from being greater than a predetermined distance.2. A foldable electronic device module that includes a glass cover element having a thickness from about 25 μm to about 200 μm, an elastic modulus from about 20 GPa to about 140 GPa. The module further includes: a stack having a thickness from about 50 μm to about 600 μm; and a first adhesive joining the stack to a second primary surface of the cover element, the adhesive having a shear modulus from about 0.01 MPa to about 1 GPa and a glass transition temperature of at least 80 C. Further, the device module includes a flex-bond residual stress region through the thickness, and within a central region, of the cover element that ranges from a maximum compressive residual stress at the second primary surface to a maximum tensile residual stress at a first primary surface of the element along a central bend axis of the cover element. 1. A foldable electronic device module , comprising:a glass cover element with first and second primary surfaces, the cover element having a thickness from about 25 μm to about 200 μm and a cover element elastic modulus from about 20 GPa to about 140 GPa;a stack having a thickness from about 50 μm to about 600 μm, the stack further comprising a panel having first and second primary surfaces, and a panel elastic modulus between about 300 MPa and about 10 GPa; anda first adhesive joining the stack to the second primary surface of the cover element, the first adhesive having a shear modulus between about 0.01 MPa and about 1 GPa and a glass transition temperature of at least 80° C.,wherein the device module comprises a tangential stress at the second primary surface of the cover element of no greater than about 1000 MPa in tension upon bending the module in a two-point configuration to a bend radius from about 20 mm to about 1 mm such that the first primary surface is in compression and the bend radius is measured from a center point above the first primary surface of the cover element to the second primary surface of the panel.2.
