Изобретение относится к обработке богатых кальцием промышленных отходов. Способ обработки включает экстракцию ионов кальция из суспензии богатых кальцием гранулярных частиц указанных отходов и водного нитрата аммония с образованием богатой кальцием первой фракции и тяжелой второй фракции. Тяжелую вторую фракцию отделяют от первой фракции, а богатую кальцием первую фракцию сатурируют газом, содержащим диоксид углерода, с образованием суспензии осажденного карбоната кальция и водного нитрата аммония. Осадок отделяют от водного нитрата аммония с использованием центрифуги; причем отделенная тяжелая вторая фракция содержит повышенную процентную массовую долю железа. Техническим результатом является секвестрация экологически вредного диоксида углерода, обеспечение конверсии указанных промышленных отходов в ценные конечные продукты. 3 н. и 17 з.п. ф-лы, 4 ил., 1 табл., 1 пр.

The method and the device serve to treat the flue dust formed during the production of nonferrous metals. After the addition of sulfur and/or a sulfur compound, the flue dust is heated, and volatile compounds are separated in a downstream offgas treatment unit. The flue dust is heated in an inert atmosphere. 1. A method for processing flue dust formed during production of copper based on a smelting process of copper ores , the method comprising the steps of: adding sulfur and/or a sulfur compound to the flue dust; heating the flue dust in an inert atmosphere after the addition of the sulfur and/or sulfur compound; and separating volatile components , the flue dust being subjected to a pyrometallurgical treatment in a fluidized bed reactor in which the flue dust is heated in an inert atmosphere , the pyrometallurgical treatment producing an offgas that is subjected to an offgas treatment for removing arsenic-sulfur compounds as volatile elements , wherein treatment of the flue gas is carried out as a continuous process.2. The method according to claim 1 , including volatilizing arsenic in elementary form or in form of arsenic-sulfur compounds and then separating the arsenic or arsenic-sulfur compound from the flue dust.3. The method according to claim 1 , including processing the flue dust at ambient pressure.4. The method according to claim 1 , including carrying out the treatment of the flue dust at a negative pressure.5. The method according to claim 1 , including carrying out the treatment of the flue at a positive pressure.6. A method for manufacturing an essentially lead free steel by subjecting a hot-rolled steel product to a heat treatment in which the steel product is subjected to a first temperature for a first duration; the steel product is subjected to a second temperature for a second duration, wherein the second temperature is less than the first temperature; and the steel product is subjected to a third temperature for a third time period, wherein the third temperature is greater than the second temperature; and cooling the steel product. A method for removal of organic coatings from loose aluminum scrap includes passing the scrap through a Multiple Hearth Furnace operatively maintained in the range of 500° F.-1600° F. Each hearth in the furnace is independently temperature controlled and held under a slightly negative pressure environment. The hearths heat the scrap such that pyrolysis of the coatings occurs within the hearth. Organic compounds liberated during this process are partially or entirely consumed within the furnace combustion products are exhausted through the top. Hydrogen fluoride contained in the products of combustion is incinerated prior to final discharge from the system and routing to additional environmental equipment for particle removal. Scrap is continuously fed into the top of the furnace, and agitated and mechanically moved within each hearth toward an output of another hearth therebelow. The agitation and movement of the scrap exposes the scrap to the hearth atmosphere to assist in processing of the scrap. The discharge of the scrap in the final hearth supplies hot (250° F.-900° F.), clean material for the next step in the process for secondary aluminum recycling.

本实用新型公开了转炉煤气安全回收利用系统,包括转炉,转炉通过设有氧含量分析仪及一氧化碳分析仪的第一进气管路与风机相连,风机与三通阀的进气口相连通,三通阀的两个出气口分别与煤气放散塔及煤气回收柜相连,风机PLC控制系统同时与氧含量分析仪、一氧化碳分析仪、三通阀PLC控制系统及煤气回收柜PLC控制系统电连接,三通阀PLC控制系统能将阀门开到位信号及阀门关到位信号经风机PLC控制系统发送给煤气回收柜PLC控制系统,当煤气回收柜PLC控制系统监测到即没有接收到阀门开到位信号、也没有接收到阀门关到位信号的时间超过阀门中间位安全设定时间时,煤气回收柜PLC控制系统会报警。本实用新型具有使用安全性高的优点。
