Disclosed is a plastic substrate, which includes a plastic film, a metal layer, and a resin layer having a conductive material dispersed therein and which is useful as a lower substrate of a transmissive electronic paper display device or a display device. 1. A plastic substrate , comprising:a plastic film;a metal layer formed on the plastic film, wherein the conductive metal layer has a thickness ranging from 1 to 1000 nm;a resin layer formed on the metal layer, wherein the resin layer has a thickness ranging from 10 nm to 25.5 μm,wherein the plastic film and resin layer are a polyimide having an average coefficient of linear thermal expansion of 50.0 ppm/° C. or less when measured in a temperature range from 50° C. to 250° C. using a thermomechanical analyzer for a film thickness of 50-100 μm, with a yellowness index of 15 or less, and{'sup': '6', 'wherein the plastic substrate has a light transmittance of 50% or more at a wavelength of 500 nm and a surface resistivity of 2.5×10Ω/sq or less.'}2. The plastic substrate according to claim 1 ,wherein the plastic film and resin layer are a polyimide having an average transmittance of 85% or more at 380-780 nm when measured using a UV spectrophotometer for a film thickness of 50-100 μm.3. The metal layer is in direct contact with the polyester carrier film and no intermediate release layer is present. Desired metal adhesion is provided by dispersing an suitable surfactant, and optionally, a hydrocarbon wax, uniformly into the polyester film. Surfactant on the outer surface of the carrier film modifies metal adhesion to the polyester such that the metal can be removed in a metal transfer operation.

The present invention provides a laminate material having a polyester film and a web of polyester fibers cohesively bonded directly thereto, such that portions of the fibers are bonded to the polyester film and portions of the fibers are free from the polyester film. The invention may also include a glass reinforced polymer layer formed on the laminated facer where the polymer of the glass reinforced polymer layer is commingled with the nonwoven of the laminated facer. A coated product having at least four coating layers comprising an undercoating layer formed by coating an undercoating material containing a fluorocarbon resin powder and an aromatic resin and having a viscosity of from 20 to 500,000 poise, an intermediate coating layer formed by coating an intermediate coating material containing a fluorocarbon resin powder and an inorganic pigment and having a viscosity of from 20 to 500,000 poise and a topcoating layer formed by coating a topcoating material containing a fluorocarbon resin powder and having a viscosity of from 20 to 500,000 poise, wherein the fluorocarbon resin powder in each coating layer has an average particle size of 0.1 to 40 μm.

A conductive ink formulation comprising silver, at least one first solvent, and a cross link wherein the cross link agent is present in an amount of about 1.5 wt % to about 6 wt % based on total weight of the formulation. The conductive ink formulation is suitable for printing on polymer film substrates, in particular with a gravure printing method. The polymer film substrates may be then applied to other substrates, for example glass substrates, by any suitable process such as lamination.
