Disclosed in the present invention is a road and bridge caulking asphalt, comprising the following ingredients: petroleum asphalt, a compatibilizer, a stabilizer, an antioxidant, a flow modifier, a modified graphene oxide, a modified bagasse molecular sieve, and SBS. A network structure can be formed inside the asphalt without crosslinking by adding the graphene oxide and bagasse molecular sieve, and the network structure has good impact resistance. At high temperatures, part of aluminum hydroxide and iron oxide may form a high temperature resistant and highly stable iron-aluminum spinel structure which attaches to the formed network structure, so that the structure is more stable, has better high and low temperature resistance, and at the same time has waterproof, UV resistant, flame retardant functions.
