... 본 발명은 표면품질과 도금밀착성이 우수한 고강도 용융아연 도금강판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 중량%로, C: 0.05~0.3%, Mn: 6.5~20%, Si: 0.3~1.5%, Al: 0.001~0.5%, P 0.04% 이하(0은 제외), S: 0.015% 이하(0은 제외), N: 0.02% 이하(0은 제외), 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 냉연강판과 상기 냉연강판 상에 형성되는 용융아연도금층을 포함하고, 상기 냉연강판과 용융아연도금층의 계면에 Fe-Al 합금상이 상기 냉연강판 표면 면적에 대하여 70면적%이상 형성되는 표면품질과 도금밀착성이 우수한 고강도 용융아연 도금강판 및 그 제종방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 인장강도가 900MPa 이상이고, 인장강도×연신율이 15,000MPa% 이상이며, 표면품질과 도금밀착성 또한 우수한 고강도 용융아연 도금강판을 제공할 수 있다.
