Moreover, it is confirmed that bortezomib concentration-dependently inhibits Cyp7a1 protein expression in a liver cell line and does not affect caspase-3 cutting. Thus, it is presented that bortezomib inhibits gallstone generation by inhibiting generation of bile acid and cholesterol.
