Disclosed are a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of a heterocyclic compound depicted by formula (A) or a hydrate of the salt. The pharmaceutically acceptable salt is selected from alkali metal salts. The present inventors have unexpectedly discovered that three salts, especially sodium salt, lithium salt and a hydrate of either salt, have improved solubility and dissolution when compared to the compound of formula A, and thus can be more easily formulated into a drug product when compared to the compound of formula A. Also disclosed is a use of the heterocyclic compound or a hydrate depicted by formula A, a pharmaceutically acceptable alkali metal salt thereof or a hydrate of the alkali metal salt in the preparation of a medicament for treating acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome. Experimental results indicated that said compound greatly alleviated acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome induced by cigarette smoke (CS) or lipopolysaccharide (LPS) by inhibiting infiltration of the macrophages and neutrophils in the lung, decreasing pulmonary vascular permeability, reducing the generation of pro-inflammatory cytokines and cytokine/chemokines, and promoting the generation of IL-10. 3. A first minimum gap value is stored that dictates how close two content items of a first type may appear in a content item feed that contains content items of multiple types that includes the first type and a second type. In one or more implementations, structure-aware denoising is described which may take into account a structure of patches as part of the denoising operations. This may be used to select one or more reference patches for a pixel based on a structure of the patch, may be used to compute weights for patches that are to be used to denoised a pixel based on similarity of the patches, and so on. Additionally, implementations are described to estimate noise variance in an image using a map of patches of an image to identify regions having pixels having a variance that is below a threshold. A regeneration method for a benzene alkylation solid acid catalyst, comprising: purging the solid acid catalyst in a reactor with a gas; continuously injecting n-hexane at a feed port of the reactor and heating the n-hexane to wash the solid acid catalyst, and discharging the n-hexane entraining benzene alkylation reaction residues from a discharge port of the reactor; and stopping injecting n-hexane, cleaning off a liquid in the reactor by purging with the gas, and cooling the reactor. In the regeneration method of the present disclosure, the regeneration liquid used is n-hexane, which can increase the solubility of the residues in channels and enhance the regeneration effect. Meanwhile, permanent damage to the channel structure of the catalyst caused by carbon burning regeneration can be avoided, thereby prolonging the lifetime of the catalyst.

Techniques are provided for adjusting a predicted user selection rate (e.g., a “click-through” rate) of a content item. In one technique, a model is used to generate a predicted user selection rate of a first content item. A difference between (1) an observed user selection rate of the first content item and (2) a previous predicted user selection rate of the first content item is determined. The predicted user selection rate is modified, based on the difference, to generate an adjusted predicted user selection rate of the first content item. Then, based on the adjusted predicted user selection rate, a score of the first content item is generated. The first content item is displayed based on the score. For example, other content items may be scored in a similar fashion. The one or more content item with the highest scores are displayed.
