The laminate according to claim 1 , wherein the rubber particles are particles of at least one rubber selected from the group consisting of a brominated isobutylene-para-methylstyrene copolymer and a maleic anhydride-modified ethylene-α-olefin copolymer.5. The laminate according to claim 4 , wherein the amount of the condensate is 0.5 parts by weight to 20 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of diene-based rubber in the rubber composition claim 4 , the amount of the methylene donor is 0.25 parts by weight to 200 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the diene-based rubber claim 4 , the ratio of the amount of the methylene donor to the amount of the condensate is 0.5 to 10 claim 4 , and the vulcanizing agent is sulfur or an organic peroxide.6.
