A vertical GaN-based LED is made by growing an epitaxial LED structure on a silicon wafer. A silver layer is added and annealed to withstand >450° C. temperatures. A barrier layer (e.g., Ni/Ti) is provided that is effective for five minutes at >450° C. at preventing bond metal from diffusing into the silver. The resulting device wafer structure is then wafer bonded to a carrier wafer structure using a high temperature bond metal (e.g., AlGe) that melts at >380° C. After wafer bonding, the silicon is removed, gold-free electrodes (e.g., Al) are added, and the structure is singulated. High temperature solder (e.g., ZnAl) that is compatible with the electrode metal is used for die attach. Die attach occurs at >380° C. for ten seconds without melting the bond metal or otherwise damaging the device. A eutectic metal layer (e.g., gold/tin) bonds a carrier wafer structure to a device wafer structure. In one example, the device wafer structure includes a silicon substrate upon which an epitaxial LED structure is disposed. A layer of silver is disposed on the epitaxial LED structure. The carrier wafer structure includes a conductive silicon substrate covered with an adhesion layer. A layer of non-reactive barrier metal (e.g., titanium) is provided between the silver layer and the eutectic metal to prevent metal from the eutectic layer (e.g., tin) from diffusing into the silver during wafer bonding. During wafer bonding, the wafer structures are pressed together and maintained at more than 280° C. for more than one minute. Use of the non-reactive barrier metal layer allows the total amount of expensive platinum used in the manufacture of a vertical blue LED manufactured on silicon to be reduced, thereby reducing LED manufacturing cost. 1. An apparatus comprising:an epitaxial Light Emitting Diode (LED) structure comprising an active layer disposed between a p-type layer and an n-type layer;a carrier;a eutectic metal layer disposed between the epitaxial LED structure and the carrier; anda non-reactive barrier metal layer disposed between the eutectic metal layer and the epitaxial LED structure, wherein the non-reactive metal layer is greater than fifty nanometers thick.2. An automotive radar device and an antenna cover are disclosed. The automotive radar device includes a base, an antenna disposed on the base, and the antenna cover. The antenna cover includes a main portion and an engagement portion connected to the circumference of the main portion. The engagement portion can be engaged to the base such that the main portion covers the antenna. Therein, a thickness of the main portion along a radiation direction of the antenna is equal to half-wavelength corresponding to a center operation frequency of the antenna under a dielectric constant of the main portion. A preparation of aryl carbamates can be achieved readily by carbonylation of an aromatic polyamine compound with diphenyl carbonate (DPC) using a combination of an organic acid and a tertiary amine as a catalyst. Aryl carbamate can be converted into 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) by heating it at about 200 to about 230° C. in a non-polar solvent containing inhibitor such as benzoyl chloride. In another application, trans-ureation of biscarbamates with an amine or mixed amines is found to be extremely facile in a polar solvent such as dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and tetramethylene sulfone (TMS) in absence of any catalyst to make polyurea polymers of high molecular weights. Thus, efficient green-chemistry processes based on biscarbamates in making isocyanate products as well as urea prepolymers, urea elastomers and urea plastics have been developed in all in excellent yields without using reactive phosgene or 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate separately in the trans-ureation polymerizations. 1. A process for producing an aryl carbamate , comprising reacting a diaryl carbonate with an aromatic polyamine compound in the presence of a combination of at least one carboxylic acid and a tertiary amine as a catalyst.2. An image capturing device, a dust removal system and a vibrating dust removal method thereof. The image capturing device comprises an image sensor, a vibrating dust removal unit, an optical component adapter, a detector, a touch screen and a controller. An LED device includes a strip-shaped electrode, a strip-shaped current blocking structure and a plurality of distributed current blocking structures. A method for generating an orientation image, adapted to an electronic device, includes the following steps. A plurality of input pixels including a current input pixel of an input image is received. Edge detection is performed on the current input pixel in a first and second direction to generate a first current gradient and a second current gradient respectively with respect to the first direction and the second direction. A ratio of the first current gradient to a current gradient absolute sum is calculated to obtain a current ratio, where the current gradient absolute sum is a sum of absolute values of the first and second current gradient. A sign of the second current gradient is extracted to obtain a current sign. The current ratio and the current sign are inputted to a lookup table to obtain an image orientation angle corresponding to the current input pixel. 1. A heat exchanger suitable for cooling a heat source is provided, wherein a bypass channel formed in the heat exchanger has a width greater than a width of other channels to reduce a flow resistance of a fluid and a pumping power for driving a system. That is, under the same pumping power loss, more fluid is driven to achieve a better heat dissipation effect. By applying the heat exchanger, electronic devices are bonded to a top of the heat exchanger through a supporting substrate. In this way, heat generated when the electronic devices are is transferred to the heat exchanger through the supporting substrate and dissipated to the outside via the heat exchanger. Since the distance of heat transfer is decreased, the thermal resistance generated by an interface between the devices is reduced to improve heat transfer efficiency and heat dissipation effect.
