In a method of cleaning a photomask, a wiper tape is guided from a wiper tape supplying reel, over a cleaning head, and then onto a wiper tape collecting reel. A section of the wiper tape over the cleaning head is brought into contact with an adhesive residue on a surface of the photomask. A relative movement is caused between the photomask and the section of the wiper tape to remove the adhesive residue from the surface of the photomask. 1. A cleaning module , comprising:a support structure configured to rotatably support a wiper tape supplying reel and a wiper tape collecting reel;a cleaning head configured to, during a cleaning operation, clean a substrate with a wiper tape which is guided continuously along a wiper tape path from the wiper tape supplying reel, around a portion of the cleaning head, and then to the wiper tape collecting reel; anda suction device configured to suck contaminants generated during the cleaning operation away from the portion of the cleaning head.2. The cleaning module of claim 1 , further comprising:a case partially containing the cleaning head therein,whereinthe portion of the cleaning head projects outside the case, andthe suction device is configured to generate a negative pressure inside the case to suck the contaminants into the case.3. An integrated circuit (IC) chip module includes a carrier, a stiffening frame, an IC chip, and a first directional heat spreader. A second directional heat spreader may further be arranged orthogonal to the first directional heat spreader. The carrier has a top surface and a bottom surface configured to be electrically connected to a motherboard. The stiffening frame includes an opening that accepts the IC chip and may be attached to the top surface of the carrier. The IC chip is concentrically arranged within the opening of the stiffening frame. The first directional heat spreader is attached to the stiffening frame and to the IC chip and generally removes heat in a first opposing bivector direction. When included in the IC chip module, the second directional heat spreader is attached to the stiffening frame and to the first directional heat spreader and generally removes heat in a second opposing bivector direction orthogonal to the first opposing bivector direction. 1. Described herein is a mechanism to identify user intent in requests submitted to a system such as a digital assistant or question-answer systems. Embodiments utilize a match methodology instead of a classification methodology. Features derived from a subgraph retrieved from a knowledge base based on the request are concatenated with pretrained word embeddings for both the request and a candidate predicate. The concatenated inputs for both the request and predicate are encoded using two independent LSTM networks and then a matching score is calculated using a match LSTM network. The result is identified based on the matching scores for a plurality of candidate predicates. The pretrained word embeddings allow for knowledge transfer since pretrained word embeddings in one intent domain can apply to another intent domain without retraining.

Tools, for example, fixed cutter drill bits, may be manufactured to include hard composite portions having reinforcing particles dispersed in a continuous binder phase and auxiliary portions that are more machinable than the hard composite portions. For example, a tool may include a hard composite portion having a machinability rating 0.2 or less; and an auxiliary portion having a machinability rating of 0.6 or greater in contact with the hard composite portion. The boundary or interface between the hard composite portion and the auxiliary portion may be designed so that upon removal of the most or all of the auxiliary portion the resultant tool has a desired geometry without having to machine the hard composite portion.

An integrated circuit (IC) chip module includes a carrier, a stiffening frame, an IC chip, and a first directional heat spreader. A second directional heat spreader may further be arranged orthogonal to the first directional heat spreader. The carrier has a top surface and a bottom surface configured to be electrically connected to a motherboard. The stiffening frame includes an opening that accepts the IC chip and may be attached to the top surface of the carrier. The IC chip is concentrically arranged within the opening of the stiffening frame. The first directional heat spreader is attached to the stiffening frame and to the IC chip and generally removes heat in a first opposing bivector direction. When included in the IC chip module, the second directional heat spreader is attached to the stiffening frame and to the first directional heat spreader and generally removes heat in a second opposing bivector direction orthogonal to the first opposing bivector direction. 1. A method comprising:attaching a stiffening frame to a carrier, the stiffening frame comprising a central opening to accept a semiconductor chip, a base portion, and a plurality of opposing sidewalls;electronically coupling the semiconductor chip to the carrier concentrically arranged within the central opening, and;thermally contacting a first directional heat spreader to the semiconductor chip, the first directional heat spreader transferring heat from the semiconductor chip in a first opposing bivector direction towards first opposing sidewalls.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first directional heat spreader contacts the first opposing sidewalls.3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:thermally contacting a second directional heat spreader to the first directional heat spreader, the second directional heat spreader transferring heat from the first directional heat spreader in a second opposing bivector direction towards second opposing sidewalls.4.
