The quartz crystal is sealedin the containing space. The quartz crystal is provided with a connecting pole. The base is provided with an external connecting terminal. The connecting pole is electrically connected to the externalconnecting terminal. The base is a PCB board. Adhesive agent is provided at the joint of the upper cover and the base. The quartz-crystal resonator of the invention adopts a PCB board as base and uses ceramic or plastic materials as upper cover. The upper cover is adhered with the base. Compared with the current quartz-crystal resonator formed by sealing a metallic ceramic base with a metallic upper cover, the invention greatly decreases the cost of the quartz-crystal resonator, decreases the processing difficulty. This invention discloses a DBD plasma therapy device with replaceable dielectric barrier for treating different patients with different medical conditions. The plasma therapy device is equipped with a variety of dielectric barriers. The dielectric barriers may have different electrical characteristics (which are determined by their materials as well as physical dimensions and shapes) to adapt for the treatment of different types of biological tissues. The dielectric barrier of the plasma therapy device can be replaced to avoid contamination and cross-infection. As an additional feature, the plasma device further comprises an optical sensor, such as a spectroscopic sensor, for monitoring the emission spectrum of the plasma discharge. The emission spectrum can be utilized to analyze the composition of the reactive species generated by the plasma discharge and provide feedback control to the plasma therapy device. 1. The laser produces a train of laser pulses at a high repetition rate in the kHz (or even higher) range. When the laser beam hits the biological sample, it generates several thousands of micro-plasmas per second. The invention provides an N-benzyl-N-arylsulfonamide derivative, which is an N-benzyl-N-arylsulfonamide compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. The N-benzyl-N-arylsulfonamide derivative is obtained by condensing a substituted nitrobenzene with 5- or 6-membered nitrogen-containing aliphatic heterocycle (the ring B), reducing the nitro group to an amino group, and subjecting the amino group to reductive amination, sulfonamidation; or by subjecting a substituted nitrobenzene to nitro reduction, reductive amination and sulfonamidation, and condensing the resultant intermediate with 5- or 6-membered nitrogen-containing aliphatic heterocycle (the ring B). It has been experimentally demonstrated that the N-benzyl-N-arylsulfonamide derivative of the invention can specifically bind to Kv1.3 potassium channel and inhibit or decrease its activity, and is useful in the treatment of autoimmune diseases caused by abnormal activation of the Kv1.3 potassium channel in human or animals. The invention further provides a medicament or a pharmaceutical composition comprising the N-benzyl-N-arylsulfonamide derivative. 4. This invention relates to a light delivery and collection device for measuring Raman scattering from a large area of a sample. The light delivery and collection device comprises a reflective cavity made of a material or having a surface coating with high reflectivity to the excitation light and the Raman scattered light. The reflective cavity has two apertures. The first aperture is configured to receive the excitation light which then projects onto the second aperture. The second aperture is configured to be applied close to the sample such that the reflective cavity substantially forms an enclosure covering a large area of the sample. The excitation light produces Raman scattered light from the covered area of the sample. The reflective cavity reflects any excitation light and Raman light scattered from the sample unless the excitation light and the Raman scattered light either emit from the first aperture to be measured with a spectrometer device, or are re-scattered by the sample at the second aperture. The multi-reflection of the reflective cavity greatly improves the excitation efficiency of Raman scattering from the sample and in the meantime enhances its collection efficiency. In addition, it also causes more excitation light to penetrate into a diffusely scattering sample and allows efficient collection of the Raman scattered light generated thereof, hence enabling sub-surface Raman scattering measurement. 1. This invention relates to a light delivery and collection device for performing spectroscopic analysis of a subject.
