The laminated core part may be T-shaped or H-shaped and the iron body may be mounted such that there is a gap between it and the support body. The shell part consists of strip-type lamellae which may be U-shaped, E-shaped or 0-shaped. The support body may be a flat plate with or without turned-up edges or cover the shell on two sides or three sides. The support body may be provided with elongated slots or recesses (20), Fig. 11 (not shown), to accommodate fixing screws. A central longitudinally extending incision (21) may also be provided. The welding may be in the form of spot or line welds.
