Реферат: The electromagnetic device for operating hydraulic proportioning valves has a coil wound around an axial cylindrical core of magnetic material and enclosed within a tubular housing. The operating rod (7) has an armature ring (6) fixed to its end, its face (9) being laterally arranged to that (8) of the core (1). The inner diameter of the armature ring is greater than the outer diameter of the core so that a gap is left between the two. The magnetic flux is therefore inclined to the axis of the device and is located in this gap. The ring armature allows the device force-distance characteristics to be simply set as required.
