Process for the oxidation of iron chloride
Реферат: 1363831 Oxidation of Fe chloride E I DU PONT DE NEMOURS & CO 9 Feb 1973 [9 Feb 1972] 6472/73 Heading C1A Fe oxide and Cl2 are produced by passing O2 and Fe chloride upwardly through a reaction area divided into at least two vertically adjacent cones each separated from the next by a foraminous member, and maintaining a concurrent flow of inert solid particles through the reaction area. The chloride may be FeCl3 or FeCl2 and may be fed in powder form and then vaporized. The reaction area is maintained at 400- 1000 C. The solid particles may be sand, SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2 or Fe oxide, and are preferably recycled.
