Реферат: An installation for the continuous treatment of textile products with the aid of a low-temperature plasma consists of a low-temperature, plasma-treatment chamber which is provided in a container and has sealing devices. The seals permit the continuous inlet and outlet of the textile product which is to be treated, the reduced pressure inside the container being maintained. The treatment chamber has a pair of plate electrodes which form a passage for the textile product between them. In addition, a gas supply nozzle is provided for producing a gas flow over the plate electrodes, and a gas exhaust-suction line is provided as well as devices which connect electrical radio-frequency waves to the plate electrodes in order to produce low-temperature plasma. The gas exhaust suction line is arranged opposite the gas supply nozzle on the other side of the passage, and sucks the gas out of the container. The installation can be modified in very different ways, and a textile product can be treated quickly and perfectly with the aid of the low-temperature plasma.
