Реферат: A radiological imaging device (1) is provided comprising a gantry (2) defining an analysis area (2a) suitable to contain the portion of the patient to be analysed and a circular extension trajectory (2b) extending around a central axis (2c); the gantry (2) comprises a spring (21 ) suitable to emit a radiation; a detector (22) suitable to receive the radiation after it has passed through the area of analysis (2a); and a casing (23) defining a housing volume for the source (21 ) and the detector (22) and comprising a bottom arched module (231 ) and an arched module (232a, 232b) mobile with respect to the bottom arched module (231 ) so as to vary the angular extension of the casing (23); and a movement apparatus (24) of the arched modules (231, 232a, 232b) comprising a bottom guide (241 ) integral with the bottom arched module (231 ) and defining a bottom circular movement trajectory (241 a) centred on the central axis (2c); a mobile guide (242) integral with the mobile arched module (232a, 232b) and defining a circular movement trajectory (241 a) centred on the central axis (2c); and a thrust assembly (243) suitable to engage the guides (241, 242) commanding the rotation of the arched modules (231, 232a, 232b) around the central axis (2c).
