Feeding sheets.-Relates to means for buckling up and separating sheets, and consists in placing, in front of and parallel with the buckling roller or device, a bar adjustable towards and from the buckling roller. In Fig. 1, A and B are two parallel rollers, which may operate as described in Specification No. 21,721, A.D. 1898, and C is the bar placed in front of the buckling-roller B. The bar C is loose on a shaft D journalled in brackets E having flanges E<1> resting on rack bars G and plates E<2> under the bars G. On the shaft D are fixed spur pinions F gearing with the racks G for moving the bar C to and from the roller B by turning the shaft D. The bar C is lifted by means of bars K reciprocated by a cam and levers L &c. and spring L<2>. On the bars K are blocks J with inclines engaging inclines of plates O, O fixed on the bars G.
