Class 52(5) [Also in Group XV] A bracket for supporting large sheets of paper and the like comprises a thin laminae supporting arm 1 for each sheet, a supporting framework 2 for mounting a plurality of arms 1 closely adjacent to one another in cantilever fashion with their laminae planes in the vertical and mutually engageable abutment means 3, 4 and 5, 6 on the framework 2 and on each arm 1 respectively, whereby each arm 1 may be directly connected to or disconnected from the framework 2, the sheet being suspended from the arm 1 by engagement of a folded marginal portion thereover. The framework 2 is in the form of a beam secured to an upright 2a or the back wall of a cabinet and has a projecting flange 3 engaging in a notch 5 in the top of arm 1, the arm 1 then being pivoted downwardly until a recess 6 at the bottom engages the abutment 4. The arms 1 may be of metal or plastic and are preferably of steel with a recess or groove 10. Distance pieces 9 may be provided on each arm or separate pieces mounted between the arms. An index tag 12 may be secured through a slot 11 at the end of the arm 1.
