DEVICE OF GUIDANCE OF DOOR, IN PARTICULAR FOR the Backdoors Of a STATION-WAGON
A device door guide, in particular for the rear doors composition, comprising a first packing, fastened, e.g. to the body and having at least one wedge-shaped recess in which engages, to the closing of the door, a projecting portion of a second liner, fastened, e.g. to the door, protruding portion with a buffer made of an elastic material and resistant to wear by friction. The patent DT-PS 1,132 813 provided a device of this type where the buffers, movable by the force of a spring, are received on the limbs in order to ensure that accurate adjustment of the door in each position after its closing. Owing to the additional component that is the spring and the need for a precise guidance of the buffer, the known device is structurally complicated, therefore expensive. To creating of a device for door guide for proper damping of the noise when the door is closed and during walking, the closure is easily accomplished and preferably by mechanical processes at the end which is obtained a reliable system maintaining security robustness and regardless of the location where it is used. The measures taken by the invention on a guide of the type-mentioned input solve the problem by the fact that the second lining comprises an armature of preferably metallic, that each projecting portion presents in its insertion region two recesses arranged opposite to each other, that the elastic material and resistant to wear by friction coated the armature and that in front of each of the recesses coated, is a raised bead-like material protruding from the lateral face, the bead is pressing, at least in part, in the recesses coated during the closing process. During assembly, a tightening torque constant can be used if the material deposited on the range side fastener forms a single surface with the walls wherein are arranged the fixing holes. In the following, the invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment illustrated by figures. These represent: Figure 1, a simplified view of the two parts of the door liner engaged with each other. Figure 2, a cut made in the plane II-II of Figure 1. Figure 3, a door seal coated with an elastic material and resistant to wear by friction. Figure 4, the detail marked "X" in Figure 3 to larger scale. Figure 5, a cut made in the plane V-V of Figure 3. For guiding of a rear door 1, sketched Figure 2, composition not shown, are provided a first liner 3 fixed to the body 2 and a second liner 4 attached to the rear door, the lining 5 fixed to the body having two recesses 5 corner profiles in three dimensions and into which latching when the door is closed projections 8 of the liner 4, 6 equipped with buffers of resilient material and resistant to wear by friction 7. The liner 4 comprises a frame 10, for example of metal, with fastening holes 9. The projections 8 of the armature 9 each have, in the insertion region 11, two oppositely disposed recesses 12. On one embodiment not shown, the fixed frame 10 is coated with a material 7 elastic and resistant to wear by friction, a range is then ootenue on a wedge element, interposed to compensate for tolerances, by the fact that the walls 13 are penetrated by the fixing holes 7 and 9 that the material deposited by injection forms a single surface with the fixation range side 14 (Figure 5). Coated In front of each recess 15, presents a bead-like portion 16 of the material, part projecting from the lateral face of the liner 4. As shown in Figure 4, the bead 17 projects from the range represented in dotted line, of the liner 3. Therefore, during the closing process, the bead of material 16, compensating for existing Set, is pressed at least partially into the recesses 15, from which at the same time obtaining an anti-noise for the closing of the door. A door guide for a rear door or tailgate of a station wagon with the guide including a first member, fixed to a body portion of the station wagon, having at least one wedge-shaped recess which is adapted to receive a projection of a second fitting member, fixed to the door or tailgate, when the door or tailgate is closed. The second member includes a metallic base body with the projections thereof having, in run-in zones, two opposed recesses. An elastic abrasion-resistant material is applied by an extrusion coating on the base body with a projecting bead-like elevation of material being provided at the projections. The bead-like material is adapted to be at least partly forced into extrusion-coated recesses in the process of closing the door or tailgate. 1-Device door guide, in particular for the rear doors composition, comprising a first packing, fastened, e.g. to the body and having at least one wedge-shaped recess in which engages, to the closing of the door, a projecting portion of a second fitting for example to the door, protruding portion with a buffer made of an elastic material and resistant to wear by friction, characterized in that the second lining comprises an armature of preferably metallic, that each projecting portion presents in its insertion region two recesses arranged opposite to each other, that the elastic material and resistant to wear by friction coated the armature and that in front of each of the recesses coated, is a raised bead-like material protruding from the lateral face, the bead is pressing, at least in part, in the recesses coated, during the process of closing. 2-guide device according to claim 1, characterized in that the material deposited on the range side fastener forms a same surface with the walls through which the fixing holes.
