The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting diode, and provides a method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting diode, comprising the steps of: preparing a substrate; depositing an anode on the substrate; forming a pattern for forming organic matter on the anode; depositing the organic matter and a cathode on the pattern; and depositing an encapsulating film made of at least one of siloxane, silazane, and silane on the organic matter and cathode.
