Provided are a display substrate and display apparatus thereof; the display substrate comprises: a substrate (200); a first wiring line (201) located on the substrate (200) and extending in a first direction; a first dielectric layer (205) located on the substrate (200) and the first wiring line (201); a second wiring line (202) located on the first dielectric layer (205) and extending in the first direction, the orthographic projection of the second wiring line (202) on the substrate (200) overlapping at least partially with the orthographic projection of the first wiring line (201) on the substrate (200); a conformal dielectric layer (206) located on the first dielectric layer (205) and the second wiring line (202); a third wiring line (203) and a fourth wiring line (204) arranged on the conformal dielectric layer (206) and spaced at intervals along the first direction, the orthographic projections of the third wiring line (203) and the fourth wiring line (204) on the substrate (200) overlapping at least partially with the orthographic projections of the first wiring line (201) and the second wiring line (202) on the substrate (200).
