The present invention provides are a battery pack for enhancing space efficiency at a place for installation, and a vehicle including same. A battery pack according to the present invention for achieving the objective comprises at least one battery module, and a cooling unit, which has a refrigerant flow path formed to allow a refrigerant to flow therein, has a plate shape to allow at least one battery module to be mounted thereon, and includes a protrusive part having one portion, in which the battery module is not mounted, that protrudes in the upward direction, and/or a recessed part having another portion, in which the battery module is not mounted, that is recessed in the downward direction.
