A PCB for LED light bar is provided with the installing groove for installing the connector. Because the present invention arranges the weld legs of the connector on positions which are higher than the bottom surface of the shell and arranges the installing groove corresponding to the bottom shape of the connector on the PCB, the bottom of the connector can be arranged in the installing groove, thus the protrusion height of the connector in the LED light bar is reduced. The LGP is not cut again when installing the LGP, thereby reducing the processing step. In addition, the depth that the connector sinks into the installing groove is rationally designed, so that the sufficient safe distance is remained when the LGP is heated and expended, thereby avoiding the LGP bumping into and damaging the connector.

An integrated circuit (IC) having a plurality of IC modules, each IC module having attachment surfaces to which elements of the IC are attached, and each IC module having interlocking edges adjacent to the attachment surface. The interlocking edges of adjacent IC modules are interlocked to form a structural connection between the IC modules. The interlocking edges are a plurality of teeth and recesses, which are arranged in rows. The teeth are securely received by a respective recess in an adjacent interlocking edge to create a structural connection between adjacent IC modules. In addition, the interlocking edges can be a ridge member or a ridge recess, where the ridge member or ridge recess is securely received by a respective ridge recess or ridge member of an adjacent IC module to create a structural connection between the IC modules. The interconnection edge can also be a combination of the ridge member, ridge recess, and/or the rows of teeth and recesses. The attachment surfaces of adjacent IC modules can be co-planar and non-planar, depending on the shape desired. The elements on the IC modules communicate using external pathways and/or internal pathways using conventional wire-bond techniques or using conductive layers within the IC module. The IC module is formed of conventional Si wafers. Using this configuration, an IC can be constructed that utilizes less real estate, fits in non-planar spaces in a housing, and has improved speed due to reduced pathway lengths.

The specification discloses an optical transceiver that provides a FPC board to electrically connect the OSA with the circuit board. The FPC board provides pads to be connected with corresponding pads formed on the circuit board and at least one opening in adjacent to the pads. In the present invention, the shape and the position of the opening fit with the outer shape and the position of a corresponding electrical component mounted on the circuit board. By mating the opening in the FPC board with the component on the circuit board, the pads on the FPC board may be aligned with pads on the circuit board.

The first and the second terminal groups 7a and 7b are arranged in a line in the vicinity of one side of the circuit board 3. An opening portion 10 is provided between the first and second terminal groups 7a and 7b, and the electronic component 5 with the cover is mounted on the circuit board 3 while being disposed in the opening portion 10. As a result, a space factor for the arrangement of the electronic component 5 with the cover is very good, and thus it is possible to reduce a widthwise dimension of the circuit board 3, thereby obtaining a small-sized electronic circuit unit.
