Реферат: Composites are formed from (a) organic moulding materials and (b) initially mouldable moulding compsns. which in the composite body determine the inner or outer shape. Compsn. (b) is rendered electroconductive by dispersion of conductive C black, placed in a mould, and shaped to the contours of the mould, using (b) as pressure transfer agent. Pref. mouldable material is a thermoplast comprising PVC, polystyrene, polypropylene, polyurethanes, polyamides, polyesters, polyethylene, poly(ether)imides, polyether sulphones, polyphenylene sulphide, polyether ether ketones, and polyphenyl quinoxaline. opt contg. 10-25 wt.% of dispersed conductive C black. Component (b) is a duroplast, and may contain 10-25 wt.% of conductive C black, if the thermoplast is not electroconductive. USE/ADVANTAGE - Formed by injection moulding, and are electroconducting on one side and electrically insulating on the other side. Used. as units in the electr(on)ics or as materials for transporting, storing and packing electronic units and ignitable liqs., dusts and explosives. Free from tension and cannot be delaminated.
