MACHINE FOR SPOT WELDING CONTACT ARLgATURNYH SETOK1Izobretenie relates to fabrication of reinforcing fabric and may be used in machines for resistance spot welding grids with different pitches longitudinal sterzhney.Izvestny machine for spot welding the reinforcing meshes soderzhashih, s dimensions W, ennye welding head on the frame and the mechanism of mixing the heads in the direction perpendicular to the direction of supply of the longitudinal rods. However, changing the pitch of the longitudinal rods in these machines requires a large amount of time. This machine is characterized in that the mixing mechanism of the heads is made in the form of a transport drive mounted on the frame and mounted on the body of each welding head of a fixture containing its pin installed with the possibility of interaction with this drive. The transport drive can be made either in the form of two spindle screws or in the form of an endless belt. The machine is also equipped with a programmed control system containing a device for measuring the path of movement of each welding head. Such an implementation of the device increases productivity in the production of grids with different steps longitudinal rods. FIG. 1 shows the proposed machine, side view and partial section; in fig. 2 - the same, from the side of supplying the longitudinal wire; in fig. 3, 4 and 5 - the transporting 5 drive and its contact with welding heads; in fig. 6 shows a scheme for automatically controlling the contacting of welding heads with a transport drive. The machine contains several welding heads 2 placed on the base 10 1, including a compression mechanism 3, welding electrodes 4 and 5 with current-carrying tires 6 and 7. The welding heads are mounted to move along tires 6 and 7.15. The mechanism for moving the heads is made in the form of a common for all heads of the transport actuator 8 and the device 9 mounted on the body of each welding head. 20 In the machine shown in FIG. 1, an electrohydraulic clamping device is applied, to which, upon opening the electroventil 10, pressurized medium is supplied through the pressure hose 11. In section 9, section 25, which is connected to welding head 2, there is a connecting and disconnecting connecting pin 12.
