Реферат: A method for determining and predicting the individual oil change interval of an internal combustion engine, comprising the following steps: determining and storing the influencing variables and wear indicators of the oil which can cause oil wear on an internal combustion engine on a test stand, in particular taking into account the load cycles extracted from the non-road transient cycle (NRTC), measurements of the load cycles on the test stand, performance of oil analyses, formation of a model and implementation in the motor control unit, time sequence analysis for predicting the individual oil change interval during ongoing operation of the internal combustion engine, displaying of the predicted oil change time, remaining oil service life in operating hours.
