Реферат: Disclosed is a molding tool for producing a composite part using induction heating. The molding tool (1) has a mold (10) with a contact surface adapted to be in contact with a material to be transformed into a composite part, and an outer surface (12). The mold (10) is configured to be inductively heated by at least one main coil (21, 22) arranged in a meander-like pattern on the outer surface (12) of the mold (10), such that a magnetic field generated by an alternating electric current flowing through the at least one main coil (21, 22) induces currents in at least parts of the mold (10) to be heated, and at least one perimeter coil (23, 24) arranged on the outer surface (12) of the mold (10) configured to delimit at least one area of the mold to be inductively heated. The at least one main coil (21, 22) and the at least one perimeter coil (23, 24) comprise litz wires which are electrically insulated from the mold (10) and in operative communication with at least one processing means.
