Реферат: The counter, for an 8421 code, consists of a string of flip-flops each coupled to its neighbour via a coupling circuit. Each coupling circuit consists of a first bipolar transistor in series with an FET. A second bipolar transistor supplied a supply potential to the FET and is controlled by the same signal as the FET. Each flip-flop consists of two cross-coupled transistors each connected by its base via a diode and capacitor to the FET in its associated coupling circuit.
