LIQUID TEST STRIP AND THE METHOD

A liquid test strip and the method are disclosed. The strip includes a substrate with flow channel,the flow channel is provided with the first fluid zone, the second fluid zone and the third fluid zone in turn. Besides, the flow channel has the first antibody in the first fluid zone, the carbohydrate material in the first fluid zone or the second fluid zone and the peroxidase, the second antibody in the second fluid zone which recognizes the different antigen -binding site in the same analyte with the first antibody, the luminous reagent and receptor react reagent including carbohydrate oxidase in the fluid zone. The carbohydrate oxidase catalysises the carbohydrate material which flows into the third fluid zone when the fluid flows into the flow channel, creates the hydrogen peroxide, reacts with the peroxidase catalysised luminous reagent which flows into the third zone,creates the optic signals.
