FLUID SUPPLY APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a fluid supply apparatus, comprising: an inner container for storing a fluid to be used in a manufacturing system; an outer container in which the inner container is arranged; and a connection unit which has a first connection unit for supplying the fluid stored in the inner container to the manufacturing system, and which is coupled to the outer container, wherein the outer container includes a pathway connection device for interconnecting the connection unit and the inner container such that the connection unit and the inner container are in communication with one another. The pathway connection device is arranged to face the installation surface of the manufacturing system such that the pathway connection device is directed in the direction of gravity when the fluid is supplied to the manufacturing system. According to the present invention, the amount of the fluid remaining in the inner container after supplying fluid to the manufacturing system is reduced, to thereby reduce losses caused by material costs, etc., and dip tubes, which are disposable products, are eliminated from the configuration of the apparatus, to thereby improve work convenience and work stability and reduce manufacturing costs and maintenance costs.
