Drainage means (172, fig.2) may be provided in the water supply box in the form of a hole (171, fig.2) which is smaller in diameter than the hole 301 allowing water to enter the water supply box 100 from the tube 301. This ensures a level of water in the supply box 100. A groove 150 may be formed at the side of the supply box 100 to support the water supply tube 301. Alternatively the groove may be formed nearer the centre of the box. It may also be formed on the upper plant cultivating box as shown in figure 10.
