Реферат: Flexible to semirigid integral polyurethane foam moldings is produced by reacting (modified) organic polyisocyanates (prepolymers) with 2-6-functional polyol(s) (hydroxyl (OH) number 20-200), 2-4-functional chain extender(s) (OH or amine number 600-1850) and optionally other components in the presence of water and a blowing agent mixture of 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluorobutane and other fluoroalkane(s). Production of flexible to semirigid polyurethane foam moldings, with a densified edge zone and soft, cellular core, comprises reacting (a) organic and/or modified organic polyisocyanates and/or polyisocyanate prepolymers with (b) polyol components with a hydroxyl (OH) number of 20-200 and functionality of 2-6, (c) optionally a polyol component with an OH number of 201-899 and functionality of 2-3, (d) chain extender component(s) with an OH or amine number of 600-1850 and functionality of 2-4 and (e) optionally conventional additives, activators and/or stabilizers in the presence of water and a blowing agent mixture of 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluorobutane and other fluoroalkane(s). An Independent claim is also included for moldings with a bulk density of 150-900 kg/m<3> produced in this way;
