According to one aspect of the present invention, disclosed is an organic solar cell, comprising: a first electrode; a double interfacial layer having a metal oxide layer on the first electrode and an alignment layer on the metal oxide layer; a photoactive layer on the double interfacial layer; and a second electrode on the photoactive layer.
