Реферат: The invention relates to a substructure for spanning the distance between a mould table of a deep drawing machine and a deep drawing mould for producing parts from a thermoplastics film or plastic sheet. It consists of a rectilinear spacer frame, its one horizontal contact surface is disposed on the mould table, the other horizontal surface is allocated to the deep drawing mould. This spacer frame consists of individual profile bars in which grooves are provided to receive connecting elements or to insert the sealing rubber. In order to attain different construction heights, spacers made of profile material can be pushed onto the profile bars. With this mode of construction substructures can be manufactured rapidly and cheaply with little processing and without model costs. A rapid adaptation to different overall heights, caused, for example, by the installation of a cooling plate, is possible. <IMAGE>
