Реферат: The control mechanism for the warp feed to a warp knitter, where there are impulses to register the fabric worked for impulses to move the warp beam accordingly, incorporates a gate to pass impulses to an impulse counter. The other impulse counter has a number of decade counters where the first counter is linked to a comparator circuit, while the others are linked to a cut-off for the warp knitter through an OR circuit. The mechanism to advance the warp beam, for warp feed, is controlled by two AND elements where the one output of a flip-flop is connected to both AND elements and the one and zero outputs of another flip-flop are connected to the two AND elements. A second comparator circuit is connected to the output of an intermediate counter, fed by a separate impulse generator, to interrupt the flow of impulses to the intermediate counter and to return the first flip-flop when the count is agreed within a preset tolerance. The system allows a fault to be assessed, to determine whether fault correction is required, or whether the warp knitter should be stopped.
