Improvements in the design of depth gauges used in engineering industry
Реферат: 554,316. Gauges. WILSON, F. C. Feb. 24, 1942, No. 2396. [Class 106 (ii)] A limit gauge to measure the depth of a hole in a workpiece comprises a central spindle a, Fig. 1, adapted to enter the hole, a collar or plate c with a stepped face c<SP>1</SP> secured to the spindle, and a rotatable and slidable member d with a stepped face d2, d<SP>1</SP> whereby " Go" and "No Go" measurements can obtain between the said plate and member. In a modification, Fig. 7; the spindle a is formed with a stepped cylinder f for co-operation with a face e<SP>1</SP> in the recess e<SP>2</SP> of a plate e placed over the hole to be gauged. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 227,057, [Class 106 (ii)].
