Disclosed are a compound represented by general formula, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate of the same, and medicinal use thereof for treating rejection in organ transplantation, graft-versus-host reaction after organ transplantation, autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and chronic myeloproliferative diseases by using these compounds as the active ingredient. In general formula, R's are the same or different and represent (1) a C alkyl group, etc.; n1 represents an integer of 0 to 4; R's are the same or different and represent (1) a C alkyl group, etc.; n2 represents an integer of 0 to 4; m1 represents an integer of 0 to 3; m2 represents an integer of 1 to 4; X=X represents (1) CH=CH, etc.; X represents (1) a nitrogen atom, etc.; and R represents (1) a hydrogen atom, etc.
